From Williamsport and North
Take Route 15 South to U.S. 322 East. Take the PA-230 east (Cameron Street) exit. Turn right onto Paxton Street and continue onto Second Street. From Allentown and Northeast
Take I-78 West. Merge onto I-81 South. Exit onto off-ramp at I-83 South (US-322 east). Continue on I-82 south and bear right at the ramp for exit 43 (State Capitol/Second Street). To park, following the Parking directions below or follow Second Street to 17 North Second Street.  Our office is located on the 16th floor of this building.

From Baltimore and South
Take I-83 north to Exit 43 (State Capitol/Second Street). To park, following the Parking directions below or follow Second Street to 17 North Second Street.  Our office is located on the 16th floor of this building.

From Lancaster and East
Take Route 30 west to Route 283 north and then exit at Exit 3A to I-83 south. Continue on I-83 south to Exit 43 (State Capitol/Second Street). From Philadelphia/Reading and East
Take I-76 west ( Schuylkill Expressway) to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (still I-76 west). Take the Turnpike to Exit 247, Harrisburg East, which becomes I-283 north "to Harrisburg." Take I-283 north to Exit 3A (I-83 south). Take I-83 south to Exit 43 (State Capitol/Second Street). To park, following the Parking directions below or follow Second Street to 17 North Second Street.  Our office is located on the 16th floor of this building.

From Pittsburgh and West
Take I-76 east, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, to Exit 242 (I-83 north). Take I-83 north to Exit 43 (State Capitol/Second Street). To park, following the Parking directions below or follow Second Street to 17 North Second Street.  Our office is located on the 16th floor of this building.

From New York City (Holland Tunnel)
Continue on the Holland Tunnel/Hudson Street to 14th Street. Make a left onto 14th Street (which becomes US-1 and 9 south). Exit onto the I-78 West Expressway. Merge onto I-78 Express Lane west. I-78 Express Lane west becomes I-78 west. Continue on I-78 west . Merge onto I-81 south via the exit on the left toward Harrisburg. Take I-81 south and then merge onto I-83 south via Exit 70 on the left toward Harrisburg/York. Take I-83 south to Exit 43 (State Capitol/Second Street). To park, following the Parking directions below or follow Second Street to 17 North Second Street.  Our office is located on the 16th floor of this building.

Parking Directions

To access the parking garage attached to our building:
Get into the far right lane as you are traveling North on Second Street. Make a right turn onto Market Street (the square), which is a one-way street. Immediately get into the left lane and make a left turn onto Court Street (alley) immediately behind the Hilton. Proceed through the first stop sign. The entry into the parking garage is before the next stop sign at Walnut Street. Make a left turn into the parking garage entrance. Take a ticket at the top of the ramp. You may park on any odd numbered floor not designated for monthly parkers and not reserved for the Hilton’s valet service (spaces indicated by signs).

To get to our office from the parking garage while remaining inside:
Take the parking garage elevator to Level A (Strawberry Arcade). When you exit the elevator, go up the stairs (straight) to the Strawberry Arcade entry into the Strawberry Square (Starbucks will be directly ahead). Make a right at Starbucks and go through the sliding glass door entry into the Hilton. Proceed to the end of the hallway. At the “Information Business Center” sign make a right into a Hilton hallway. Make an immediate left and enter a hallway. Follow the hallway around to a small alcove on the right with elevators (there are meeting rooms on your left). Take the elevator to the Ground level. At the Ground level get off the elevator and see the security guard at the station in the lobby of the building. He will give you access to the 16th floor.

Alternatively, take the parking garage elevator to the street level and exit past “Open Stage”. You will now be in the same alley behind the Hilton and under the parking garage from which you accessed the ramp to the garage. Turn left as you exit, then turn right at your first opportunity. This will bring you out onto Second Street between the Hilton and our building. The entrance to our building is on the right.
